1998 National Roofing
Contractor of the Year
In 1998, Wayne Nasi Construction received the highly prestigious SPRI's Contractor Achievement award. This award recognizes a contractor that does at least 50% of their sales in flexible membrane roofing and scores well in judged categories of workmanship, safety, innovation, and promotional effort.
Wayne Nasi Construction's high quality of workmanship is shown in the numerous awards that they have received. To ensure that they have the quality of work that they expect out of their employees after the job is completed, an estimator or project manager will inspect the job. It must have a score of 90 or better out of 100 before a manufacturer's inspection is held.
To keep the crews safe there is a one day safety seminar every spring to everyone back into the construction mind frame. This has proved to be very helpful after the long winter layoff. Morning "toolbox" talks remind them of the day to day safety that is needed throughout the working season.
To stay on top of things, Wayne Nasi Construction keeps a full shed of supplies so that no one is ever left waiting for a repair or small job under 5,000 square feet. For jobs that are over 10,000 square feet, the materials are shipped directly to the job site so that there is no extra delay in getting the job going.
Last but not least, Wayne Nasi Construction promotional efforts are outstanding. There are bulk mailing done throughout the year. Returned reply are either sent information or measured quickly and provided with a roofing proposal. Each proposal contains information on Wayne Nasi Construction (including references), the Duro-Last roofing system, photos and conditions of the existing roofing system, and detailed drawings of how the Duro-Last roofing system will solve their needs. |

Governor's Letter
In the spring of 2002, Wayne Nasi Construction received a letter from the Governor of Wisconsin. Governor Scott McCallum congratulated Wayne Nasi Construction on the Duro-Last awards they received and is quoted, "This is truly a testament to the outstanding services Wayne Nasi Construction provides...businesses like Wayne Nasi Construction make Wisconsin the great state that it is."
Top Sales Performance in Wisconsin
Wayne Nasi Construction received the Top Sales Performance in Wisconsin award in 1992, 1993, 1997, and 2001. This award from Duro-Last goes to Wisconsin's premier volume sales contractor. Wayne Nasi Construction was also among the top twelve contractors in the nation in volume sales in 2001.
Twenty Year Club Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received the Twenty Year Club award in recognition of installing the Duro-Last roofs for 20 years or more.
Elite Roofing Contractor Award
The Elite Roofing Contractor award was introduced in 2001 by Duro-Last. The winner must be a Volume Award winner (installing at least 100,000 square feet of Duro-Last roofing material) and a Master Roofer for the past three consecutive years. Since the introduction of the Elite Roofing Contractor award, Wayne Nasi Construction has received the award every year since 2001.
Master Roofer Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's Master Roofer award from 1984-2000 for consistently installing Duro-Last roofs received an outstanding rating (90-100) from Duro-Last's quality assurance division.
John R. Burt Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's John R. Burt Award in 1997 in recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and sales goals (over 1,000,000 square feet sold).
Generals Club Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's Generals Club Award in 2001 in recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and sales goals (750,001 to 1,000,000 square feet sold)."
Admirals Club Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's Admirals Club award in 1999, 2000, 2003, and 2004 for recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and sales goals (500,001 to 750,000 square feet sold).
Presidents Club Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's Presidents Club award from 1992-1996, 1998, 2002, 2005, and 2006 in recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and sales goals (250,001 to 500,000 square feet sold).
Century Club Award
Wayne Nasi Construction received Duro-Last's Century Club award from 1984-1991 in recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and sales goals (100,000 to 250,000 square feet sold).
